Ages 15 to Adult
Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass
• Books I & II Fundamental Teacher Training
Available to all players who wish to explore the possibilities of teaching string instruments using the O’Connor Method materials. Training includes thorough look at all teaching points in the progression of the fundamental level. Orchestra Books I & II are also covered. Teachers already certified in the O'Connor Method Books I & II that want to explore the materials in these books further and meet other certified teachers with Mr. O'Connor hosting are encouraged to enroll. Certified O'Connor Method teachers are registered on the O'Connor Method Teacher Registry page and will get a certificate of completion from Mark O'Connor.
Note: We do not provide O'Connor Method books for the Teacher Training courses. We encourage teachers to purchase O'Connor Method books for the appropriate classes beforehand to become familiar with the materials. The books are also available for digital download. Books can be purchased HERE
